RTDA is an environmental graphics design firm involved with the orchestration of architectural signage and wayfinding as well as the development of themed branding of spaces. These systems include academic higher education, science, and healthcare environments that address the complexities associated with understanding of the space, navigation and integration of information within the architecture.
Our approach is to evaluate each space and to find an understanding of the architectural intent inherent within the building design, as well as to contribute to it's sense of purpose. It is only at this point when integration of building and information can occur and ultimately allow this sense to drive design of the graphic system.
The company was founded in 2004 by Raymond Texeira, Principal and Donald Biehl, Associate. Having individually worked in the design profession with architects, facility managers and owners, we bring to the project our experience of problem-solving skills to develop the systems through all design and production phases of the project. As a company we are certified to meet local and government diversity requirements and align ourselves with SEGD professional standards.
